About the Role:

Location: 50% remote

Skills needed:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • NodeJS, AWS Serverless (Lambda / Dynamo-DB / API Gateway / Messaging / RDS )
  • Web-Development
  • AWS Cloud ( IaaS, PaaS ), Elastic Search / Kibana
  • Tools - Git, Bit-Bucket, DevOps
  • Experience utilizing CSS frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Account manager

The MentoRack Account Management team is growing, and we are looking for an Account Manager to join our talented team. We are looking for a versatile candidate that can complete projects, report on campaign performance, run client meetings with confidence and is always scanning for recommendation improvements and the competitive landscape.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain existing relationships by providing expert account management and recommendations
  • Build campaign improvement strategies to improve the overall performance and goal achievement
  • Measure results using a variety of tools including digital tools to assess different channels
  • Establish goals and meet targets to grow existing client account base

Skills needed:

  • Exceptional communication skills including
  • Develop strategies for both business owners and marketing executives for online improvement.
  • Manage relationship management with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of any of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook, Display Networks, SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization and any other traffic building and measurement program.
