Nasim Moussavi Harami
I am a licensed pharmacist in Ontario with over two years of diverse experience across retail, industry, and specialty pharmacies. My professional journey began in 2020 when I moved to Canada, driven by the goal of practicing to the full scope of my profession. After obtaining my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Azad University in Iran, I successfully passed my Canadian licensing exams on the first attempt and became a fully licensed pharmacist in under two years.
Currently, I serve as a pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart, where I provide patient-centered care, optimize medication management, and ensure adherence to industry regulations. My previous roles include working with Zenith PV and Michael Garron Hospital, where I gained expertise in clinical pharmacy, specialty medications, and inter-professional collaboration. I excel in areas such as medication therapy management, patient counseling, and pharmaceutical compounding.
Beyond my technical skills, I am passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of pharmacists. I actively support colleagues and students, offering guidance on navigating the licensing process, clinical practices, and career development, helping them to achieve their professional goals.
